I want to return the product I purchased. Which path should I follow?

If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased for any reason, you can return them within 14 days and get your money back. All you have to do is send an email to info@vinterro.com.

Important information:

- You must safely package and send the products you want to return in their original packaging, undamaged, with labels intact and unused.

- When returning fragile products, you must protect them with the same protective materials (styrofoam, bubble wrap, box) and package them as you received them. Therefore, the responsibility for any damage that may occur in the cargo belongs to the customer.

- After checking that your product complies with the return conditions, you will be notified of the return status by e-mail. The amount will be refunded to you within 1-7 business days from the confirmation message sent to your e-mail address.

- In case of non-compliance with the return conditions; The relevant product will be sent back to your address via cargo.

- After the return process, only the product price will be refunded.

I want to change the products I purchased. Which path should I follow?

You have the right to change the products you are not satisfied with or want to change for another reason for 30 days. You can exchange it for another product of your choice by sending an e-mail to info@vinterro.com.
